The Role Job Title: Link Worker Hours: 37.5 hours per week Working pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm P3 are looking for an amazing person to help us change lives for people living in Warwickshire. As Link Worker you will be responsible for the coordination of support through yourself and other agencies. This will involve use of strength-based support planning, detailed safety management plans; trauma informed and psychologically informed approaches. There will be a need to work creatively and consistentlywith people who may not usually engage well with offers of support. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to access services that support people facing multiple disadvantagessuch as homelessness, substance misuse, domestic violence, contact with criminal justice system and mental/physical ill health, often at the same time. The role requires someone with empathy and apractical approach in helping people sustain their tenancies and reach their full potential.
