The Estates Intelligence model and our 6 A methodology; Aggregation, Automation, Asset Management, Assurance, Audit and Analytics, enable the strategic management of estates and facilities services, which is an evolving model in the FM market.

As part of the ongoing growth of its Estates Intelligence, KBR is actively recruiting to expand its team to deliver current and future public sector Estates Intelligence contracts.

This is a 12 months Fixed Term Contract
In this role, you will act as a line manager to our Data Controller and Business Analysts. driving project success.
As a forward-thinker, you'll stay abreast of industry trends and developments, providing invaluable insights that propel our business forward. Your understanding of our technical roadmap will guide the implementation of innovative solutions for both new and existing clients.

Significant Business Analysis and stakeholder management experience
Experience working in an operational environment using ITIL service management processes
Experience in business process development
Functional understanding of all components of the Estates Intelligence Platform, including but not limited to the following technologies:
CAFM Software, including Mobile Delivery Solutions
Database Solutions (SQL Server, Data Warehouse Technologies)
Data Warehouse/ Reporting Technologies
Cloud Telephony Software

~ The role is hybrid. Based at out Leatherhead office (3 days) and WFH.
