Premier Inn are looking for a passionate and proactive Programmatic Channel Executive to join our Digital Marketing team, specialising in Programmatic/Display marketing. This role is pivotal in driving incremental revenue, increasing hotel occupancy and building long-term brand strength through full-funnel digital marketing strategies. Working alongside a collaborative team, you’ll bring a strong grasp of the digital media mix to drive continuous improvement and support across cross-channel initiatives that position Premier Inn as Europe’s no.1 budget hotel. Role: Programmatic Channel Executive Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent Salary: Up to £45,000pa (for the right experience) Location: Holborn - London or Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire and hybrid working with coming to the office a minimum of 3 days a week Why You’ll Love It Here Individual Private healthcare Up to 10% matched pension Discounts: Up to 60% discount on Premier Inn stays and 25% discount on our Restaurant brand Annual Incentive of up to 15% Bonus Check out all our benefits here: What you’ll be doing: Lead the day-to-day management of Programmatic/Display channels, ensuring campaigns are planned, activated, and optimised effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high-quality execution. Deliver insightful reporting and data analysis to track KPIs, identify opportunities and inform future strategy. Work closely with our wider marketing teams including Brand, PR and Product to ensure strong cross-departmental stakeholder management and a unified full-funnel mindset. Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, test new strategies, and continuously improve campaign performance. What you’ll need: Proven experience in Programmatic/Display advertising. A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights. A good grasp of the digital media mix and how channels work together to drive results. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and bring proactive energy to the team.
