We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive Manager to provide person-centered care and support to our service users. You will be based in the Extra Care Services in Carlisle (Burnside Court and Heysham Gardens) and will assist the Extra Care Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the operational management of the service. and will receive positive support to develop your career with the opportunity to complete a fully funded Diploma in health and social care award.
You will be expected to collaborate with the Extra Care Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, the housing provider, NHS professionals, Social Services and other stakeholders to ensure that the highest standards of care are provided. You will ensure that the care provided empowers clients and meets their needs. flexible, energetic and reliable.
You must be able to work flexibly including early and late shifts and weekend work on a rota basis.
We can offer a choice of either weekly or monthly pay.
