Cornerstone are currently looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to support our growing organization by acting as the first point of contact for all IT related issues and requests.

The IT Service Desk Analyst will be Responsible for logging all issues and requests within the Service Management system and resolving simple to medium complexity issues or performing initial triage before onward assignment to support teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • This role will support the organisation by acting as the first point of contact for all IT related issues and requests.
  • Responsible for logging all issues and requests within the Service Management system and resolving simple to medium complexity issues or performing initial triage before onward assignment to support teams.
  • The role also includes managing the IT hardware estate;(Laptops/Monitors/Phones), building, supporting and administering the hardware inventories.
  • The role holder will also be responsible for user administration for IT systems for all Cornerstone colleagues.

Person Specification:

Excellent customer service behaviors,12 months practical experience of providing 1st line IT support, Strong experience of Microsoft Desktop support

Desired - Knowledge of the TelCo industry.

Skills / Knowledge:

Essential

  • Excellent customer service skills,
  • Strong analytical skills that enable comprehension and resolution of complex business and technical issues
  • Windows operating systems,
  • Basic networking experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office 365,
  • Experience working with an ITSM system

Desired

  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server
  • Active Directory and group policy
  • Microsoft Azure administration
  • PowerShell basics for administration tasks
  • Experience using Halo as an ITSM system
