Contracts & Tendering Manager Location: Hull (Hybrid)

This is a high-visibility opportunity to take ownership of the full tendering and contracting lifecycle within a growing, forward-thinking organisation in the renewable energy sector.

Due to growth we are looking for an experienced Contracts & Tendering Manager to join our team in Hull (hybrid working available) and play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial success.

You’ll work cross-functionally with key stakeholders, lead governance around bid decisions, and support business growth through robust commercial processes and risk mitigation.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and working at the heart of commercial strategy.

Conduct commercial and contractual risk analyses for key tenders
Develop and maintain tender documentation, bid libraries, pricing models, and commercial templates
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
Identify commercial risks and prepare detailed handovers for Operations
Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and tender performance

Solid experience in tendering and contract management in a commercial role
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams through tender and contract negotiations
Strong understanding of industrial B2B contract law, procurement, and commercial terms
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Previous experience in construction and/or offshore activities (i.e. oil & gas, renewable energy) would be beneficial but not essential.
