We are looking to recruit a Renewals Coordinator for our APW Cobham office (part of John D Wood & Co.)

About the role:

The successful Renewals Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • The smooth running of processing all renewal documentation for the branches occupied units within the necessary time frames.
  • Ensuring any Right to Rent Checks are undertaken when required in line with tenancy renewal.
  • Ensuring all necessary compliance documents are valid upon tenancy renewal and instructing said compliance documents where required.
  • Serving of Section 21 notices when required.
  • Assist with maintaining the property register and window displays.
  • Assist with Business generation activities.
  • Diary management.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, branch staff, property management, accounts to ensure all renewals conclude effectively.
  • Providing support to a busy team.
  • General office duties including filing, archiving, scanning and typing.

Skills and experience:

The successful Renewals Coordinator will have the following attributes:

  • Previous experience within an administrative setting.
  • Smartly presented and able to handle a public facing role, both face to face and over the telephone.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks simultaneously, to ensure nothing is missed, and all electronic files are kept in good order.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
