As our Customer Care Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of central London’s finest domiciliary care services, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers and their family members and advocates as well as for our Care Assistants. You will conduct pre-assessments for new customers, ensuring their care plan and all associated risk assessments are perfectly tailored to their needs.

You can expect:

  • A salary ranging from £30,000 to £33,000, depending on experience,
  • An additional £300 per on-call weekend (limited to one each month),
