As Aftercare Manager you will be responsible for managing the aftercare process of projects ensuring that any defects or issues are addressed promptly and to the satisfaction of clients.

Perform thorough inspections of completed projects to identify any defects, deficiencies, or workmanship issues.

Document and categorise defects according to severity and impact on functionality, safety, and aesthetics.

Communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop and implement corrective solutions for addressing identified defects and issues.

*

Administer follow-up inspections and quality checks to verify that repaired defects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

*

Deal with the client's concerns and complaints promptly, and implement improvements to aftercare processes based on feedback received.

*

Must be flexible and can handle or attend to minor defects (e.g. adjusting doors, decoration works, etc.)

*

Degree in Construction Management or related field.

*

Main contractor background is an advantage.
