Site Foreperson

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Foreman to join our team for refurbishment projects of void council properties in Aberdeen. This is a key role in ensuring works are completed efficiently, to high standards, and within schedule. The Role: As the Site Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of sub-contractors across multiple void property sites. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating all trades and sub-contractors to ensure work progress per schedule Conducting weekly site audits and inspections of properties, reporting findings Overseeing quality control and ensuring specification requirements are met Liaising with suppliers/contractors to ensure material delivery schedules are maintained Managing handovers of completed properties to client's deadlines Potentially dealing with tenants in occupied properties Requirements: Proven construction background and experience as a Site Foreman/Supervisor Excellent knowledge of building regulations, H&S policies and site procedures Strong organisational and time management skills to work to tight schedules The ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Effective communication skills for coordinating contractors and client updates Self-motivated, hands-on approach and be able to work in challenging environments Good computer literacy for documentation and reporting
