Nursery:* Bright Horizons Stony Stratford Day Nursery and Preschool
*We are looking for a full time Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join our Bright Horizons Stony Stratford nursery, which is located in Milton Keynes. The nursery is situated within the Stratford Office Village close to Wolverton Station.
Our 93 place setting is Ofsted rated “Good” and offers training facilities, aswell as break away staff room on site, meaning there are lots of space to relax during breaks.
*Above industry standard salary, with annual salary reviews

Did you know, Bright Horizons Foundation for Children charity has been established since 2005 supporting the lives of thousands of children and families in crisis, across almost 100 locations? Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
* Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
* Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
* Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
* Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
* Previous experience working within an Early Years setting - ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar
* Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
* Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
