Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate in the Corporate team, you will take on a leadership role, managing a diverse portfolio of corporate transactions and providing strategic advice to clients across various sectors. You will work closely with partners and colleagues to drive forward complex deals, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of our firm’s corporate practice in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing corporate transactions from inception to completion
Providing strategic advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and other corporate matters
Drafting and negotiating transactional documents
Conducting due diligence and risk assessments
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Mentoring and developing junior team members

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law
Extensive experience in handling complex corporate transactions within a reputable law firm
Strong technical skills and commercial acumen
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and motivate junior colleagues
