The role

On offer for this a private client solicitor is the opportunity to join a firm handling a varied caseload of private client matters toinclude wills including planning involving qualifying business assets; preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney; setting up, running and terminating trusts set up either in lifetime or by Will ideally with the administration of estates.

About you

To be considered for this private client solicitor role you will have the ability to handle a caseload with minimal supervision. You will be based at the firm’s head office alongside the head of department and support staff. You must work well independently, enjoy freedom and autonomy and have a desire to network.

STEP would be advantageous.
