Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to engineering teams involved in concept development
  • Contribute and manage feasibility study projects, including defining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Communicate the results of feasibility studies to stakeholders ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with battery concepts.
  • Champion the identification and protection of intellectual property for innovative battery concepts.
  • Take full ownership of system or battery pack design.
  • Directly or indirectly leading team members to meet quality, cost, timing and performance objectives.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of automotive standards and engineering practices
  • Strong technical background and relevant experience in battery system engineering
  • Ability to work under pressure within short timeline to deliver quality technical proposals Understanding of Manufacturing technologies, product creation process and R&D methods Working knowledge of 3DX & MS Office
  • Experience in designing automotive parts, tools and jigs
  • Understanding of various product technologies
  • Understanding battery cells technologies and battery behaviours
