Working with an established Digital Marketing agency based in Sale, who are looking to add a Digital Account Manager to their team, working across their portfolio of clients across FMCG & B2B. The agency offer Hybrid working.

The Digital Account Manager will work in collaboration with the digital team and wider client services team, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day client management of digital marketing services that they carry out for our clients. The ideal candidate will ideally have prior agency experience but they would look at inhouse Digital Marketers.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager:

  • Foster and sustain a positive, collaborative working relationship with clients.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of your clients' products, services, and culture.
  • Understand clients' strategic goals and assist in translating them into campaign solutions.
  • Confidently brief digital marketing projects to channel specialists, such as paid search, paid and organic social, SEO, content, and influencers/creators.
  • Collaboratively write and present proposals to clients alongside the channel specialists.

The person:

  • 3+ years in Digital Marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an FMCG or B2B environment.
