This is a senior role that combines hands-on project delivery and business development. You will work directly with our founders to build our client base, manage our projects, and mentor the future leaders of our business.

You will have access to excellent development opportunities, working across a range of projects.

Developing proposals for new projects and supporting business development activities
+ Leading the delivery of projects, ensuring that activities are completed on time and to clients’ needs
+ Over time there will also be a focus on management of more junior members of the team to deliver consultancy work and more diversified offerings.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have relevant experience in the waste and resource sector.

Proven leadership and team-building skills
+ Strong project and programme management/direction skills
+ Keen interest in environmental policy and related issues

Ability to develop and support others
+ Understanding of the UK waste sector
+ Work in procuring waste services
+ Excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen
+ Keen to develop and own segments of our service offering
+ Advanced Excel skills
