Within our B2B business unit we are on a journey of growth. We are therefore seeking a motivated Commissions Executive to join our B2B Operations team and lead the management of our commission schemes.

You will be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to maintain the financial integrity of the organization, as well as producing supporting analysis of commission payments. Upfront modelling and forecasting of sales commission schemes for future financial years.
Generate commissions reports and analysis to provide insights into payment trends, outstanding liabilities, and other relevant financial metrics.
Liaise with our B2B and Domestic sales managers frequently to ensure accurate and timely commission payments to their teams.
Perform regular reconciliations of commissions transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data, adhering to internal KPIs and SLAs.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the commissions function.
Drive a high standard of governance and ensure controls and process documentation in place and regularly refreshed.


Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Analyst or similar role is a bonus.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar field is beneficial.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office applications is essential.
