This is a fantastic opportunity for a enthusiastic and driven individual that wants to excel their career and be at the beginning of huge growth plans.
As a Housing Disrepair Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in representing clients who have suffered from housing disrepair issues, there will also be the opportunity to get involved in Medical Negligence files. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and advocating on behalf of clients in court proceedings when necessary as well as expanding a team.
Manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims
Conduct legal research
Qualified Solicitor/ Legal Exec/ Fee Earner with a dynamic and entrepreneurial spirt.
Strong background in Housing disrepair and some previous experience within clinical negligence/ PI
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
