Randstad are seeking to employ an Assistant Site Manager to work on a new build care home from June on an ongoing basis. The right candidate must have commercial build experience.

Monday to Friday
£25 per hour umbrella- however the pay is negotiable depending on experience.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, subcontractors and local authorities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Strong knowledge of construction and working processes.
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid Certificate.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Strong communication, leadership and management skills.
Proficient in using computer software related to site management.There is opportunity for further work with the company following this project for the right candidate.
