The firm has won multiple awards and praised highly for its recent achievements within the transactional market, in recent years they have won Law Firm of the Year and continues to grow from strength to strength.
Working under one of the firm’s most successful Partners as a sole paralegal, you will be gaining hands-on transactional experience at trainee level over a variety of major practice deals including asset-backed finance techniques in the private or alternative credit, public bond, loan, or commercial paper markets across banks (FIG), real estate, consumer finance, infrastructure and renewables and insurance sectors.
Providing transactional support on corporate projects, managing electronic data
Assist with due diligence: review and analyse documents and assist with minor drafting of due diligence reports and contract summaries.
Prepare securities filings before fund closings for submission to the applicable regulatory authority.
Data room management.
Assisting Corporate Finance lawyers with the verification process.
Legal Research.
Strong academics, including Law degree or equivalent qualification essential.
A driven Paralegal with at least 6 months’ prior Corporate, Finance or transactional experience.
The successful Corporate Finance Paralegal will be offered a competitive salary of around £35k+ per annum depending on experience, plus benefits with the opportunity to be supported to train through the SQE upon success in the role
