Workday Data Consultant - SAP - Remote Working - Inside IR35 Our client are currently looking to hire a Workday Data Consultant - SAP to join the team on a remote working contract basis.

In this role your expertise will contribute to efficient data movement, transformation, and loading processes, as well as data governance.

Data Integration and ETL Development:
Create and optimise data workflows, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Data Quality and Governance:
~ Work closely with data stewards to improve data quality across the organisation.

Data Modelling and Mapping:
Define data models, mappings, and transformations to meet business needs.
Ensure alignment with data governance policies and standards.
Performance Tuning and Optimisation:
~ Identify bottlenecks and optimise data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

Implement error handling mechanisms to handle data exceptions and failures.
Troubleshoot issues related to data integration, transformation, and data quality.
Documentation and Training:
Document technical specifications, data mappings, and ETL processes.
Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.

Expertise in Workday
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
Fluent English both spoken and written
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on data integration, ETL development, and data quality
Knowledge of SAP HCM/SAP Payroll and Workday data models
Familiarity with Nested Schema (JSON/XML)
Experience with Power BI
Strong knowledge of HANA SQL and ability to write complex SQL queries and procedures
