Lead Backend Engineer (Node.js)

We are looking for a Lead Backend Engineer to produce scalable and robust software solutions for our clients. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. Our diversity in backgrounds is one of the things that makes us strong.

We’re a consultancy, so expect close collaboration with our customers, as such we expect you to be a team player with a knack for collaboration and communication.

Collaborate - Work with stakeholders and product managers to ideate software solutions
Robust - Write maintainable, reliable code with sensible testing strategies.
Growth - Understand your role and impact at a client, share experience and help develop those around you.
Lead - Where required lead teams, projects and products

Proven experience as a Lead Backend Engineer or similar role
Experience developing modern tech stacks (TypeScript, Node, AWS)
Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. React, Vue, Flutter)
Knowledge of back-end languages (e.g. Java, Python, Node, Go, C#)
Familiarity with data design, handling and security
