Training and Implementation Consultant- Accounts Specialist

Pinewood Technologies has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced accounts specialist to join the team as a Training & Implementation Consultant. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in configuring and implementing business critical, accounting software. You’ll be detail orientated and have an ability to translate automotive processes into software solutions. This is a customer focused position, and regular travel to customer sites will be a part of your day-to-day role.
Implementing Pinewood DMS into new and existing Automotive retailers across the UK and Internationally.
Ensuring a high-quality implementation process, and continuously reviewing the way we do things to ensure we deliver high quality implementations each time.
Providing onsite and remote consultancy to our customer as needed.
Delivering informative and clear training sessions to ensure they get the maximum value from the system.
Becoming an expert on the Accounts module of our DMS.
You will have a problem-solving mindset and a strong background in software implementation gained through a previous role. AAT
2- 5 years experience in Software Implementation, and ideally with accounting or finance software.
~ A willingness to travel regularly for the job both in the UK and Internationally (up to 60% of your time will be spent on client site)
~ A clean UK driving license.
~ An ability to prioritise your own workload and manage multiple projects at once.

Pinewood Technologies was established in 1981 with its head office based in Birmingham, UK. We offer a cloud-based Dealership Management System for retailers in the automotive sector globally. Our DMS lets automotive retailers work more efficiently and enables them to provide better customer service – which results in a higher profit for the retailers. Our system is complimented by a range of integrated mobile apps which help further digitalize processes within the motor dealership. Our customers represent over 50 major automotive brands, with over 30,000 people using our DMS every day in the UK, Nordics, South Africa, Asia Pacific, and various countries across Europe.
