Facilities Support Assistant

Full time - Permanent

Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and solving facility-related issues?

Our client, a value led, family-run company, have an exciting opening for an enthusiastic Facilities Support Assistant to join their friendly team.

Handle inbound telephone calls and promptly respond to email inquiries in a professional manner.

Overseeing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate internal documents and spreadsheets.

Assisting with room moves, staff relocations, and furniture setup.

Coordinating with maintenance operatives for renovations and repairs.

Organizing repairs for IT issues or building maintenance concerns.

Liaising with contractors for building maintenance tasks (e.g., lighting, HVAC systems, fire safety equipment).

Conducting risk assessments on facilities and ensuring they meet safety standards.

Full driving license and age 25 or over (due to insurance requirements).

Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
