In this role, you will work closely with a 2nd line support engineer, providing invaluable IT support to customers and clients. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring timely resolution within established policies and service-level agreements.

Additionally, you will gain hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and operating systems. As a vital member of the team, you will log cases on tickets and maintain clear communication with customers through various channels. Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship,

delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job: Provide IT Support to customers and clients under the guidance of a 2

nd

line support engineer Troubleshoot IT issues and ensure they are resolved following policies and service level agreements Install, configure, and upgrade hardware as well as operating systems Support with password resets Configure hardware firewalls, routers, SOGO devices, and switches Log cases on tickets, and update customers through the system, teams, email, or phone.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
