Great role for Junior Sous or experienced Senior CDP to take a forward step in their career, working closely with the senior team. Either way we have an enticing opportunity for you.

This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate. High-end, luxury country house hotel in North Wales. The hotel is currently in the process of being sold, with the new owners showing a lot of desire to grow the business, invest and develop this already brilliant site.

If you're passionate about food and obsessed with delivering top-notch dining experiences, this one's for you where you'll play a central role in their gastronomic journey.

Responsibilities:

• Your role would include maintaining standards within the kitchen
• Training junior staff
• Running the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence

Benefits:

• Starting salary 30-32k, plus tronc of £3-5K depending on experience
• Working 5 days over 7
• 28 days holiday per year

The ideal Jnr Sous Chef candidate will:

• Work alongside the Head Chef
• Support the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen
• Ensure consistency in delivering high standards
