IntSol Recruitment at office is actively seeking senior recruitment consultants to join our Bolton office. In this multifaceted role, you will not only oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial interviews to offer negotiations and beyond, but also actively contribute to business development initiatives.

As a recruitment consultant, you will be tasked with sourcing and assessing candidates, negotiating competitive salary packages, and presenting top-tier candidates to our esteemed clients. Your primary aim will be to foster mutually beneficial relationships with both clients and candidates, all while collaborating closely with our dedicated team to enhance our commercial performance.

In addition to the core responsibilities of a recruitment consultant, you will also play a pivotal role in driving business development efforts. This includes:

· Identifying and nurturing client relationships

· Advising clients on effective recruitment strategies and solutions tailored to their needs

· Continuously expanding and maintaining a comprehensive candidate database

· Proactively seeking out new business opportunities and partnerships

· Participating in networking events to broaden professional connections and generate leads

Your background and skillset:

· A proven track record of 5 years’ experience in recruitment sales, networking, and client development

· Exceptional time management and organisational skills

· Strong commercial acumen and business development acumen

· A genuine passion for success and a drive to build a thriving career

· A resilient and determined mindset, capable of overcoming obstacles and objections

The salary is £40-50k basic (depending on experience) plus commission and bonuses.
