We are currently seeking to appoint multiple Golang/ Kubernetes Developers asap at various levels With two of the biggest names in Golang already working for this client this is a very exciting company to enter the Belfast tech scene
For seasoned engineers it’s also an opportunity to move into Golang if this has been on your bucket list. Maybe you've been hacking around with Golang at the weekends - if so this could be perfect
The Role:
As a Golang Developer with our client, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and securing their ground breaking products. We're seeking individuals who are not only technically proficient but posses deep analytical skills, capable of owning entire technical solutions from problem/spec to delivery.

Responsibilities:
Lead the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial design and development to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in the production environmentContribute to technical and architectural decisions, ensuring optimal solutions for complex engineering challenges.Conduct design and code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.Analyze and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various backend system components.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Frontend, DevOps) to deliver best-in-class features.
Ideal Candidate:
Passion for Golang, Kubernetes, API, and securityDemonstrates ongoing self-development in relevant technologiesEnjoys building solutions; not focused on leading or managingAnalytical thinker with the ability to delve into complex problems
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Golang development/ Python or other OO languages
For junior level hires 1+ years of experience in Backend Engineering with a high-level programming language (e.g., Golang, Java, C#, Python, Node.js)
Mid-Level and Senior Level: Commensurate experience aligned with the respective level.Experience with cloud platforms and products (e.g., AWS, GCP, and Azure).Proficient in implementing data-intensive systems (databases, event systems, messaging systems, etc.).Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).Expertise in microservices-based architecture.bonus points for Kubernetes
