This includes independent agencies, marketing partners, and measurement providers. We work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to develop and execute programs that enable our partners to leverage the full power of our platform. Snap Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Indy Agency Partner to join our Ad Partnerships Group in London. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling our Indy Agency Program in the UK, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong, long-term partnerships with independent advertising agencies. You will be a key player in a fast-paced and innovative environment, acting as a strategic advisor and advocate for our agency partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, a proven track record of success in agency development, and a passion for Snapchat. Education and Enablement: Educate agencies on Snap's platform, products, and best practices through scaled education programs, workshops, and training sessions. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with agency partners to develop joint business plans and marketing strategies that deliver on client objectives and drive measurable results. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure a seamless and positive experience for agency partners. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and growth. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. ~8+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on agency sales, partnerships, or business development within the UK market. ~ Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, social media, and performance marketing. ~ Fluency in English.
