About the role As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for accurate payroll administration and answering payroll queries and the accurate and timely processing of all payroll credit transfer for employees in accordance with both statutory and company rules and in a way that positively impacts customers effectiveness, efficiency and confidence.

Shifts: Full time- 37.5 hours a week
Solid knowledge and understanding of payroll processes particularly those relating to the BACS process and company pension schemes.
Detailed and practical knowledge of statutory legislation pertinent to Income Tax (PAYE), National Insurance, SSP, SMP, SPP and SAP and Salary sacrifice, Benefits in Kind and Attachment of Earning Orders.
A good understanding of external Payroll/Shared Services developments
A good understanding of managing payroll in a diverse organisation
Proven experience of managing complex, high volume pays processes in an efficient and effective manner
Knowledge of the company pension schemes
Understanding of interfaces between payroll and finance and pensions
In depth knowledge of payroll processing including month end and year end activities
Able to fully utilise standard Microsoft Office products and the application of Oracle and workflow/case management, with MS Excel to intermediate level.
This is on a contract for end of May .
A daily pay rate of £130.00 PAYE.
This role provides a hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Bradford (Tuesday and Thursday onsite)
