We seek a dynamic individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensure smooth and efficient operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of motivated professionals, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, distribution, and maintenance of appropriate stock levels

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the wholesale building supplies industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Valid driver's license
