As part of our Housing Management Contracts Compliance team, youll ensure that legislative requirements are met when managing existing asbestos in our asset portfolio. Youll support development of the service and embed best practice within our asbestos management arrangements.

Producing asbestos reports and advising a variety of stakeholders.
Preparing briefs and specifications, and commissioning consultants and contractors, to provide specialist services, reports, or surveys.
Maintaining a list of approved asbestos removal contractors and asbestos consultancies.
Overseeing and maintaining the asbestos register.
P402 Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos.
Experience working in the Housing Sector.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Being able to travel between sites using your own vehicle.
