Senior Architectural Technologist

Our client, an architectural practice based in Gloucester, are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join an expanding practice that have an excellent reputation. Revit experience and experience within the residential sector are a must for this position. Our client are receptive in their search so Architectural Technologists' of all levels are encouraged to apply. Our client is an expert at designing and delivering projects and have gained an excellent reputation in the South-West region in particular. They are a design-led practice, with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects with high attention to detail. Projects vary from client to client including small to large scale extensions, refurbishments and conversions. Sectors that this practice operates within include Residential, Leisure, Commercial, Healthcare and Education. Candidates of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply as our client are looking for more than one candidate to join the team. A few responsibilities include creating detailed drawings, working drawings and produce planning applications for several projects as well as producing 3D technical drawings and liaising with clients. Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview Assist junior members of the team Attend site visits when required Work on a variety of residential developments Produce high quality technical drawings Run projects from Inception through to completion (where applicable) Assisting the design team/technical team Practical use of Revit Proven experience working on technical packages in the commercial or education sectors Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements 4 years+ experience working within a practice/consultancy Live within a commutable distance of Gloucester Revit knowledge & experience Proven experience working on technical packages for residential projects or varied background within a variety of sectors Excellent technical ability / knowledge of building regulations Hard working and motivated individual Ability to work well within a team Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration Open for discussion - in line with guidelines and suited experience Pension Holiday Hybrid working Progression and development Other company benefits to be discussed at interview stageBennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
