As a Quality Assurance Leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust Quality Improvement System, working closely with various teams to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards across the organization.
Quality Improvement System Development: Enhance and maintain the Quality Improvement System.
# Engage with customers and suppliers, including occasional travel for audits and visits.
# Lead quality processes and improvement activities using UK principles.
# Ensure products and services meet customer requirements, quality standards, and airworthiness regulations.
# Problem-Solving Leadership: Provide coaching on problem-solving tools such as 8Ds.
# QRQC System Training: Quality Liaison: Coordinate with other sites on quality matters.
# Customer Complaint Management: Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.
# Quality Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and present findings at management reviews.
# Quality Records Management: Maintain and manage quality records.

Attendance of auditing/part 145/human factors & SMS training courses.
Any relevant quality-related qualifications.
PC literate with the ability to use software tools.
Ability to interpret technical manuals and instructions.
