JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented UAT & Quality Assurance Tester to join our Service Centre team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and consistent delivery of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) services, resolving quality assurance queries, and supporting the training of colleagues on Liaison Workforce systems. You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence while handling inbound queries and participating in out-of-hours release testing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Service Centre to ensure the timely and consistent provision of UAT services.
  • Effectively respond to and resolve UAT and quality assurance queries within defined KPIs/SLA requirements .
  • Educate clients and service users on the appropriate application of Liaison services, practices, and procedures.
  • Assist in training colleagues on new and existing functionality within Liaison Workforce systems .
  • Manage and prioritize a high workload, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time .
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience , aligning with service expectations.
  • Handle and resolve inbound queries and cases efficiently via email and telephone .
  • Participate in out-of-hours release testing as required.
  • Demonstrate and uphold Liaison’s core values in all aspects of work.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance, or software testing .
  • Strong knowledge of workforce systems and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service or handling technical queries is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours , including out-of-hours testing when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant customer service qualification
  • ISTQB foundation
