KBR’s Integrated Solutions International (ISI) team is seeking ambitious and talented Graduate Project Controls Engineers to join our elite engineering group of over 60 professionals.
As part of KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions business, ISI delivers digitally enabled services across Design & Engineering , Project & Programme Management , Procurement & Supply Chain Integration , and Consultancy . Our work spans the energy and industrial sectors, including Oil & Gas , Chemical , Petrochemical , Refining , and Energy Transition .
You’ll contribute to projects in the field of
Plastics recycling
Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)
Ammonia and Hydrogen production
Refineries and oil/gas processing plants
Based at our Leatherhead, Surrey office, you’ll be part of a dynamic project controls team, working on projects at various stages—from concept development to detailed design, construction, and commissioning.
Planning and Scheduling, Cost Management and Estimating across multiple project phases
You’ll be joining a diverse team that includes apprentices, graduates, principal Project Controls persons—offering a collaborative environment for learning and growth.

The graduate programme is IET accredited, and our established mentor system will help support and advise you on your journey towards chartership.
The 2-year scheme would give you experience of a myriad of projects as you would rotate across clients. We are looking for proactive and motivated graduates who:
Have achieved a 2:2 engineering or finance degree, a Masters Degree is preferred.
Are passionate about their discipline and its application in the evolving energy industry.
Possess an inquisitive nature and are eager to help solve our clients' problems.
Enjoy being part of a team and helping others.
