As an IT Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals on real-world projects spanning across diverse IT domains. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills in all areas of IT.
In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 IT Support Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Provide change and maintenance notifications to customers and field any associated queries relating to partner change activity.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Working Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
~23 days holidays plus bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent written and spoken English.
GCSE Grade 5 in English and grade 4 in Maths is required for this role
