Graduate Geotechnical Engineer
Join a market-leading electrical engineering and infrastructure consultancy delivering high-voltage substation and transmission projects across the UK. You'll work on some of the most complex areas of the UK's transmission and distribution network, including substation earthing, lightning protection, and grid-connection design across 33-400kV programmes supporting network reinforcement and renewable integration.

Location: - West Yorkshire, Hybrid.
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a specialist in electrical engineering and substation design. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join a specialist geotechnical and civil engineering team delivering projects through feasibility and design stages. Preparing schedules, specifications, cost estimates, and project programmes.
Arranging and supervising sub-contractors to ensure safe, timely and compliant site works.
Reviewing engineering documentation and contributing to early-stage cost planning.
Liaising with construction teams, site teams, and other engineering disciplines.

Has recently graduated or has up to a few years of experience in geotechnical or civil engineering.
Wants to build long-term expertise in ground engineering and infrastructure projects.

Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or similar.
A good understanding of engineering principles, British Standards and Eurocodes.
Full UK driving licence (or acceptable equivalent).
Experience with GIS or CAD software beneficial but not essential.
