Commercial Operations Coordinator- Fanatics Collectibles

Job Description The Commercial Operations Coordinator Role plays a critical role in enabling smooth commercial operations across retail, hobby, and data-driven sales channels. This position manages end-to-end order workflows, system and data maintenance, customer and supplier communication, and coordination with logistics and internal teams where required. With responsibilities spanning order processing, pricing, product launches, and system updates, the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organised, and comfortable navigating multiple platforms in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities Sales Order Creation & Processing Create, validate, and process sales orders across retail, hobby, and international channels (D365 / FC Pro). Manage blanket orders, intercompany orders, manual orders, and pre-payment invoicing. Issue order confirmations, dispatch notes, and related outbound communications. Support hobby channel allocations, provisional order setup, and launch-related workflows (FC Pro / TM1). Customer, Vendor & Product Data Management Create and maintain customer and vendor cards (D365). Update item cards and product data for new launches (D365). Complete NLFs and NTAs for retailer and wholesale product setup (Offline). Pricing & Discount Administration Maintain customer pricing and discounts within TM1. Set up and validate pricing for hobby channel products (FC Pro). Ensure accuracy and alignment of pricing and promotional structures across systems. Change Request & Communication Management Administer customer change requests (D365 / Offline). Coordinate updates and adjustments across internal teams and external partners. Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders across retail, hobby, and wholesale accounts. Logistics & Fulfilment Coordination Support inbound/outbound logistics, returns, and delivery tracking. Coordinate with warehouses and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment. Data, Reporting & Process Support Maintain high data accuracy across D365, FC Pro, TM1, and offline trackers. Support programme data collections (e.g., breaker data). Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, data flows, and system integrity. Key Behaviours & Competencies Strong task execution, ownership, and follow-through. Clear and confident communicator across multiple stakeholder groups. Comfortable managing high-volume workloads and multiple concurrent deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy in both operational and data-driven tasks. Ability to balance rapid short-term response with structured long-term planning. Confident navigating between multiple systems (D365, FC Pro, TM1, offline tools). Analytical mindset with a focus on data quality, system alignment, and operational efficiency.
