We’re looking for a commercially minded Financial Accountant to join our Finance team. If you want your work to influence business performance, enjoy improving financial processes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll strengthen financial controls, support decision-making, and help us scale effectively as the business grows.

Carry out daily operational tasks to support the Finance team and wider business.
Maintain accurate financial records and use company systems to update information.
Follow internal procedures, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement and lean working practices across Finance.

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
Work closely with department heads to track and analyse financial performance.
Assist with year-end audit, statutory accounts, and regulatory compliance.
Enhance financial processes to support efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Provide insight and analysis to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Strong experience in financial reporting and month-end processes.
Solid understanding of financial controls and reconciliations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance colleagues.
