Responsibilities

  • Work with the project team and prepare a detailed construction programme
  • Work with the project team prepare detailed design and procurement programmes and schedules.
  • Primarily liaise with the Project Manager and Site Managers to review project progress.
  • Monitor critical activities on the project programme.
  • Report progress internally to the Directors and externally to Clients and make comparison between planned and actual progress.
  • Assist with the development of monthly progress reports.
  • Present information for internal meetings on the project.
  • Control and Record Programme revisions.
  • Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
  • Liaise with suppliers to organise the phases of the works package.

Qualifications

  • Construction Qualification Preferred.
  • All Levels of experience in Construction Planning considered.
  • Previous use of P6 is essential.
  • IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to interact with all project personnel.
  • Well organised with a methodical, energetic, proactive, and confident approach to work.
  • Ability to work to deadlines individually and as part of a team.
