Roles/Responsibilities

Operational Support

• Input leads accurately into the CRM system to maintain data integrity.

• Prepare and submit proposals to underwriters for approval.

• Maintain effective communication with vendors and suppliers to build strong relationships.

• Oversee the documentation process from initial inquiry to final payout.

• Ensure invoices are received, approved, and paid within agreed timelines.

• Monitor and act on changing compliance regulations to ensure adherence.

• Collaborate with accountants to maintain accurate financial records.

Administrative and Office Support

• Maintain an organized and functional office environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

• Handle general administrative tasks, including record-keeping, office supply management, and scheduling.

• Support HR functions such as onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel records.

• Serve as a professional point of contact for customer and supplier inquiries.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience, preferably in finance, lending, loans, or asset finance.
