This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. There will be fairly frequent travel to our sites around the world.


This is a pivotal role where you will support Rotork’s global transformation journey through the DRIVE program, our global transformation programme. As a Global Transformation Analyst, you will act as the key link between Programme Managers, Project Managers, and regional subject matter experts, ensuring sites are fully prepared for transformation. Reporting to the Business Readiness Lead, you will join the Business Transformation team and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the globe. Provide training and support to ensure effective use of assessment tools.
Manage timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Proven experience in business transformation, change management, or a similar role.
Experience working with logistics, manufacturing, procurement or sales departments.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Willingness to travel globally fairly frequently.
