As Executive Head Chef be tasked with the operational excellence for the venue ensuring that the food offer and standards are executed to the highest levels. You will be adept at managing large teams of core members and casual staff. You must have a high level of creativity and flair across all menus in keeping with the hotels standards. The Hotel boasts 200 + bedrooms with multiple conference and banqueting rooms, so high-volume experience is essential for this position.
