Organization: Mercor Position: Exceptional Biology PhDs Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $90–$110/hour Location: Remote Commitment: Part-time (10–40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous) Responsibilities: (Training support will be provided) Work asynchronously with a team of highly qualified experts in biology and related domains. Craft, solve, and review challenging problems with real-world applicability in cutting-edge AI projects. Collaborate directly with researchers to review, curate, and validate domain-specific datasets. Provide expert feedback to ensure data accuracy and relevance in biological contexts. Complete additional tasks as assigned in support of frontier AI research initiatives. Requirements: Master’s or PhD in Biology from a top U.S. university or equivalent. Extensive publication record or significant professional experience in biology. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in English.
