Sitting inside the IT Operations dept (as opposed to software development). So you will be working on projects relating to Public Cloud, data flows, process management, and senior stakeholder management across IT and non-IT teams.

The team is rapidly growing with 4 other people currently being hired simultaneously to you: an Apps Analyst, Service Delivery Analyst, Cloud Systems Engineer and Cloud Network Engineer. Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating with partners and vendors.
A strategic thinker with hands-on delivery experience in IT transformation projects.
Knowledge of the financial services industry is a bonus as our clients' customers work there.
Familiarity with regulated environments and data governance is highly desirable.

As you will be the first in and will be defining Enterprise Architecture for the business it’s essential that you know what “good looks like”.

As the Enterprise Architect, you’ll partner with the Head of IT Operations and collaborate with senior stakeholders to build and refine IT systems, data flows, and processes. You'll be working on both greenfield and transformation projects aligning IT architecture with business strategies while working on a portfolio of 150+ projects.

You'll also work on IT transformation initiatives, M&A integration, and modernization projects, partnering closely with tech teams and business leaders.

Develop architecture blueprints and roadmaps that align IT and business strategies.
Lead architectural direction for transformation projects, including M&A integration.
Manage technology investments in cloud infrastructure, data governance, and cybersecurity.
Align IT systems with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Continuously assess and incorporate emerging technologies into architecture planning.
