Role: Sales Manager
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £50,000 (DOE) + Commission + Company Car (negotiable)
Reporting to the Commercial Director , your primary purpose is to develop, manage, and grow sales of IBA aggregates within the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Sales & Business Development: Develop a robust customer pipeline, negotiate, and secure sales contracts with key clients like contractors, asphalt producers, precast concrete manufacturers, and local authorities.
-Account Management: Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and repeat business, providing technical support on IBA aggregate specifications and applications.
-Promote IBA aggregates as a sustainable alternative to primary materials and liaise with regulatory bodies to support market acceptance and compliance.
-Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to align sales with supply capabilities.

To excel in this role, you must be a self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Proven track record in aggregate sales , construction materials , or waste-derived products .
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills .
Knowledge of environmental regulations , quality standards (e.g., WRAP Protocol, BS EN standards), and relevant planning frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Full UK driving license .

A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Business, or a related field.
