Founded over 30 years ago , Sir Cameron Mackintosh's Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London's West End: the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndham's. Reporting to the Technical Director this role will provide administrative support to the Technical Division by ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities will include the administration of Health & Safety activities, incoming productions, finance processes, recruitment and training. You will play a key role in supporting the technical theatre teams across our theatres. The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy administrative role in a similar organisation, managing multiple priorities and driving tasks through to completion. Experience within a technical environment, preferably in the arts or theatre sector, is preferred. Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this role.
