Department: Loan Agency (Transaction Management)

Set up new transactions using our Agency Management Monitoring Tool;
Manage and coordinate our KYC requirements in respect of all lenders and borrowers for any new transaction;
Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines;
Coordinate, organize and participate in meetings and conference calls required by the day-to-day management of the Agency;
Manage ad hoc distributions;
Syndicated Loan Experience, ideally Middle office and/or Back Office background is a plus;
Substantial experience with Excel
