LOCATION: DARTFORD

HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY

A fast growing FM company based on the outskirts of Dartford are looking for an experienced Project Manager.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of projects of upto 1million in value.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all HVAC projects
  • Quotations for small to medium sized HVAC projects
  • Create and issue H&S documentation
  • Organise required labour on site
  • Ensuring you have full awareness in respect of the profit and loss position of the project
  • Trace and forecast all labour, project management hours and materials
  • Attending site meetings

SKILLS

  • A good knowledge of HTM regulations
  • Ability to accurately estimate HVAC work
  • Minimum of 5 years experience successfully delivering a broad of HVAC projects
  • Comprehensive experience of all aspects associated to Project Management and delivery of a broad package of HVAC projects of upto 1 million
